Our ski week in Sun Peaks has been set for Sunday, March 6th to Thursday, March 10th, 2016. By visiting Sun Peaks earlier than in previous years we expect to find perfect snow conditions and to avoid the notorious school break.

Cahilty Lodge offers special rates for rooms and 4 days ski passes.

They have set up the group code as SWISS so people can call and book using that group code.

Typical room rates are:

– $ 128.00 per night plus tax for a Studio room with a queen murphy bed and double sofa bed

– $ 152.00 per night plus tax for Studio Kitchenettes with a queen bed or a queen murphy bed.

Other room options are also available.

The ski lift ticket pricing for 4 days of skiing for an adult is $246.00 + GST and for a Senior $198.00 + GST.
This is the price for 3 days of skiing and the 4th day of skiing is free of charge.

Swiss band “Eluveitie” playing in Vancouver

The Swiss folk metal band Eluveitie will be playing a show on September 22, 2015, at the Vogue Theatre in Vancouver! Eluveitie uses traditional folk instruments in their music, such as fiddles, tin whistles, flutes, bagpipes and hurdy-gurdies. The traditional folk tunes in their songs have been drawn from various sources, including traditional Irish reels. While many of their lyrics are in English, some are in the ancient extinct Gaulish language.
