RE: Extraordinary General Meeting
Monday, October 23rd at 7:30 pm at Edmonds Community Center in Burnaby.
Here are the follow up information mentioned in first invitation:
At our last general meeting in January:
We had a motion to look into dissolving the Outdoors club, if we do not get active executives and a new president. …A letter by Andres Schneiter, Joe Mueller and Jacques was published in the Herald, Swiss Review and also sent out individually to all members… No meaningful response was received, hence we are calling this special General Meeting as per the motion to discuss further steps and possible dissolution if this action is decided at the meeting.
It is crucially important that all member come to this very important meeting!
The Executive of The Swiss Outdoors Club
