Passing of Anne Rinderli

To all members,

The Swiss Outdoors Club would like to send our sincere condolences to Sepp Rinderli and his family on the passing of his wife Anne Rinderli nee Widmer.

We are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers and hope this time of lost can be made bearable.Please find here the death announcement and information regarding the funeral service.

First Ski Weekend of 2014!

This coming weekend come and start playing in the snow at our cabin in Glacier Springs, WA. We look forward to seeing you for some fun in the snow!

New Year’s Eve Party

The Swiss Outdoors club will have the cabin warm and cozy for the 2013 year end.

When: 30 December 2013 to 01 January 2014
Where: at our Cabin: 7552 Canyon View drive Glacier Springs WA.

Come and enjoy your favorite winter sports at the Mount Baker ski area and some warm fellowship at the Swiss Outdoors Club’s cabin.

We will have a cheese fondue for the New Years Eve party.
Please bring a pouch of fondue mix and all your bedding and stay over to 2014.
We will be glad to have you.

Waldweihnacht 2013

Metzgete dinner at the Rifle Range

A Sunday afternoon walk is planned for October 27 2013.

We meet at the Quarry Road parking lot (see map Minnmap) at 2 pm and spend time in Minnekada park before going on to the SCMR club house for the traditional “Metzgete”. Those not interested in the walk will meet at the chalet before 5 pm for the dinner.
